This is the third video in a five-part series focused on deepening improvers\u2019 knowledge of and skills in conducting PDSA cycles to test and refine change ideas designed to improve specific outcomes.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this video, the presenter discusses how to thoughtfully prepare for conducting a PDSA cycle by considering key logistics as well as learning goals for the test. The video unpacks three important elements of the Plan step \u2013 learning questions, predictions, and preparing for data collection.
