This is the fourth video in a five-part series focused on deepening improvers\u2019 knowledge of and skills in conducting PDSA cycles to test and refine change ideas designed to improve specific outcomes.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this video, the presenter discusses key considerations to attend to during the Study step of the PDSA cycle, emphasizing the importance of analyzing data, revisiting predictions, and surfacing assumptions when reflecting on a test individually or with a group. This evidence and reflection informs the decision during the Act step to adopt, adapt or abandon a change idea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
